DESCRIPTION:Première journée théorique\nPrésentation du stage et premiers contacts\nCette première journée  de formation randonnée montagne nous permettra d’identifier les attentes de chaque stagiaire et de définir les objectifs. Après un tour de table visant à partager les expériences de chaque stagiaire en matière de randonnée en montagne\, nous nous intéresserons au programme du stage et ses objectifs. \nApprendre les fondamentaux\nÉquipement\, météorologie (notions de base)\, outils numériques\, carte IGN\, orientation seront abordés en salle sur support de diaporama de manière ludique basée sur des exercices. \nAu programme : \n\nConnaître l’équipement requis à la pratique de la randonnée en montagne (matériaux\, qualités techniques des équipements\, choix des équipements)\nSavoir préparer un parcours sur carte et/ou sur un logiciel de cartographie\nAppréhender les conditions météorologiques via plusieurs modèles\nLire une carte IGN\nSavoir utiliser une boussole\n\nPrérequis\nLe cycle découverte « formation randonnée montagne » est destiné à l’apprentissage des fondamentaux de la randonnée. Aucun prérequis n’est donc exigé pour pouvoir s’y inscrire. \nCependant\, du matériel est nécessaire pour le bon déroulement de la journée théorie : \n\nmatériel de prise de notes (papier et/ou numérique)\nboussole graduée avec loupe (nous contacter pour le choix du modèle)\ncarte IGN 1245OT Hendaye – Saint-Jean-de-Luz\n\nDéroulement de la journée\nLa salle d’escalade The Roof Pays basque nous accueillera dans sa salle de réunion pour traiter des sujets à aborder. Le temps de formation théorique se déroulera de 9h à 17h avec une pause déjeuner d’1h30. \n \n
